Makerspace Equipment
Patrons can access the Adobe Creative Cloud software via the Tech Center's AudioVisual Lab. Software options include Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, & more.
Patrons can book a time in the AudioVisual Lab to use Adobe software, make use of the green screen, camera, light box, Wacom drawing tablets, and recording equipment.
The Cricut can be used to make cards, decals, and much more! Use of the machine is free, but patrons will need to bring their own materials. Also available: Mug Press & Heat Press.
The Glowforge cuts and etches wood, leather, acrylic, and other materials (ask staff for details). Please bring your own materials, or wood can be purchased for $2 per 12x12 board.
The Brother sewing machine is available free of charge to patrons who bring their own thread and materials.
The Sawgrass SG500 prints on media up to 8.5˝ x 14˝. This media can then be applied, via heat transfer, to sublimation-ready products like mugs, shirts, and more.
The mug press transfers printed sublimation materials onto rounded sublimation-ready products like mugs and thermoses. Max dimensions: 10" x 4".
The crenova laminator is available free of charge to patrons who supply their own laminator pouches. Max dimensions: 8.5".
A variety of tools and electronics, including (but not limited to) precision hand tools, a drill, dremel and rotary tools, a heat gun, soldering irons, a multimeter, breadboards, wire, and Arduino starter kits are available for patron use.
A variety of art supplies, including (but not limited to) paint, various papers, washi tape, bookbinding tools, leatherworking tools, and more are available to patrons.
