The Lane Public Library does not currently offer “summer only” employment.

Benefit Information

  • One week paid vacation during the first full year of employment, for all part-time staff, employed for fifteen hours or more per week. Shelvers are eligible to accrue vacation after one year of service.
  • Additional vacation time is earn depending on years of employment
  • Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (not optional)
  • Pay periods: 15th and the last working day of the month
  • Travel reimbursement under specified situations
  • Paid holidays when the library is closed on a regularly scheduled work day
