Visit any Lane Library location to apply in person with a photo ID or apply online.
Anyone working, living, or attending school in Ohio.
A photo ID, proof of address and date of birth. For instance:
- Driver’s license
- Mail with current address
You must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s signature on the application.
If a parent or legal guardian is not available to sign for an account, a Limited Use Card (allows three print items at a time) may be provided.
You can buy a card for $35 annually.
Note: Residents of College Corner, Indiana are eligible for a free card.
