Hamilton Police Officer Bob Gentry presents traffic safety, gun safety,
how the police keep us safe and how we can help the police. After meeting
with Officer Bob, children will meet his horse, Sydney, who is part
of the Hamilton Police Mounted Patrol.

The Fairfield Fire Department uses the "Safety House" to instruct
children, ages 3 - 12, how to keep safe in a fire emergency, and in
a weather emergency. Due to the limited space in the "Safety House,"
children will go through in shifts. While waiting their turn, children
can listen to stories or browse for books.

Our Bodies Safe & Private ®

Children ages 3 - 9 and their parents
Linda Church, Butler County Community Counseling Center, will talk to
children and parents in a 2-part program. Parents will have an opportunity
to learn how to open dialog with their children about stranger danger
and how children can keep their bodies safe and private while the children
are in a special story time in the Children's Area. Together, parents
and children will view a film and meet with Linda Church.
